The PLEIGER TPKR centrifugal pump combines the advantages of a dry-installed centrifugal pump with complete floodability. It was specifically developed for safe and reliable use in pumping stations and is suitable for both new installations and the modernization of existing pump systems.
The motor, terminal box, and fan are designed with IP68 protection. This allows the centrifugal pump to continue operating even in the event of flooding or surcharging. This increases operational reliability and reduces the risk of pump failures and resulting consequential damage.
The alternative to conventional frame-mounted pumps
The innovative concept of the TPKR offers an alternative to frame-mounted pumps, which are commonly used in pumping stations. The centrifugal pump is suitable for new pumping station construction as well as for the modernization and retrofitting of existing systems.
Thanks to the floodable design of the relevant components, the TPKR provides high operational reliability, especially for pumping stations and wastewater facilities where reliable pump operation is crucial.
